Steps :

1 Peel lemon in a single strip.  2 Boil Rooibos, lemon rind, sugar, cinnamon and cloves together until sugar has dissolved.  3 Add red wine and bring to the boil.  4 Remove cinnamon stick and rind, taste for sweetness and add more sugar if necessary.  5 Pour into glasses and serve with a slice of lemon.   (5 glasses)
