		Rooibos is grown exclusively in Cedarberg of South Africa Preview.

Citrus Drink

Ingredients:

750 ml	Hot Rooibos
40 g	Sugar (50ml)
250 ml	Lemon or lime juice
250 ml	Orange juice
1	Lemon or lime, sliced
1	Orange, sliced
	Fresh mint
	Glacé cherries

Steps :

Add sugar to the Rooibos and stir until dissolved.

Add fruit juice and slices. Chill in refrigerator.

Serve cold with ice and decorate with fresh mint and glacé cherries.

(8 glasses)

Fruit Drink

Ingredients:

1 L Strong, Cold Rooibos

500 ml Apple juice

500 ml Granadilla juice

1 L Soda water or lemonade

2 Cans (100 g each) granadilla pulp

Strawberries, hulled and sliced
(Granadilla pulp and strawberries may be substituted with 250ml banana slices and fresh pineapple cubes)

Steps:

Mix Rooibos and fruit juices.

Chill soda water or lemonade and add just before serving.

Add granadilla pulp, decorate with strawberry slices and serve with ice cubes.

(20 glasses)
